3.2 AI and Scheduling Service Providers

Scheduling Partners: We utilize the Google Calendar API to sync and manage your appointments.
AI Processing: Our custom chatbot utilizes third-party AI models (such as OpenAI/Botpress) to process your text and voice messages. These providers are prohibited from using your personal data for their own marketing purposes.
3.3 Advertising Partners & Legal Disclosures
Advertising Partners: We share data with partners like Meta to measure ad performance.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request by public authorities.

4. Data Processing Locations and Meta Platform Data
To provide our Services, your personal information is processed and stored by our team and our service providers in the following locations:
United States: Our core CRM infrastructure (GoHighLevel), AI Processing services, and Calendar services are hosted on servers located within the United States.
India: Technical support, software engineering, and platform maintenance services for our CRM may be provided by teams located in India, who may access data remotely via the internet.
Philippines: Our local Integrity Realty real estate team processes and accesses your data to provide you with localized services, property viewings, and real estate transactions.
Meta Platform Data Handling:
For data received via Meta APIs, we strictly adhere to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only request the minimum permissions necessary (such as leads_retrieval and pages_messaging) to facilitate our business communications. We do not sell Meta Platform Data to third parties.
5. AI Chatbot Data Specifics
We are committed to the responsible use of AI technology:
Prompts and Data Use: Your conversational text and voice data with the AI chatbot may be stored and used to train and improve the performance of our models to ensure accuracy.
Data Deletion: We strive to anonymize conversational data where possible. If you have provided personal information during a chat and wish to have it removed, please refer to Section 7.

We implement reasonable security measures, including physical, technical, and administrative safeguards, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7.1 Data Deletion Requests (including Meta Data)
If you wish to exercise your right to request the complete deletion of your personal data collected via our website, CRM, or Facebook/Instagram integrations, please follow these instructions:

Include the name and email address associated with your interactions with us.
Upon receipt and verification of your identity, our team will manually scrub your contact information, chat history, and appointment data from our CRM system within seven (7) business days.
